CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF YOUR ORDER
When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us.
We offer 7 days replacement policy for all the products sold in Furnburg. Replacement are accepted for only the following reasons,
- 1) Manufacturing Defects.
- 2) Damage in transit.

- Depending on your screen settings and resolution on your device there may be a slight variance in fabric color and wood polish of the image and actual product.
- Wood grains, Pre-Laminated Particle Board, MDF, and plywood will vary from product to product. And may not be the same as shown in the image.
- Furniture having intricate hand-painted details are individual unique pieces and may have slight distinctions and variance between the picture and actual product.
- The Primary material is the main material used to manufacture the product and in addition to the primary material there might also be other types of materials used in the manufacturing of the product

All Products sold in Furnburg.com has a 12months warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty is only applicable in any manufacturing defect under household conditions. Warranty Does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents products that have been stored, assembled, reinstalled, installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (example: upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it is exposed to direct sunlight)
- No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
The installation will be only be provided if it is mentioned while ordering and is only valid in Bengaluru only, or there will be a separate charger for installation, for more details contact us at email@example.com
The installation will be completed within 7 days from the date of received the Goods.
IF ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME
If your order does not arrive within the delivery timeframe, please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. On event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
